I'll get updates from my Mom via mail and phone calls, so I'll know after the fact. But I won't get to celebrate a Cup raising with you boys until mid July at the earliest. I'll be active for games 1 and 2, but after that you boys will just have to know I'm here in spirit.

With the Anaheim Ducks eliminated last night, Pens are the only team remaining that has won a Cup under the rule changes that came about following the 2005 lockout.

Carolina Hurricanes - did not make the playoffs
Anaheim Ducks - eliminated in round 1
Detroit Red Wings - eliminated in round 1
Chicago Blackhawks - eliminated in round 1
Boston Bruins - did not make the playoffs
Los Angeles Kings - eliminated in round 1

Pittsburgh Penguins - still standing
