If ya go back down to MLB decades draft, there were like 250 guys drafted, most are eligible for this one. If that helps

Sorry. Part of yhe reason i was abrupt this morn, was the rule change (again!) When you say yuoll start on mondsy, start on monday! It seems evety dratf were making shit up as e go long..
