I think the coolest thing about being in the USAR were the people I met honestly. A lot of formerly full time veterans transitioned to civilian life and the army reserves. most of them were very cool and were good friends.

Random but....
I miss Covington, KY... I always liked walking the bridges from Cincinnati to Covington when I went to Broncos/Bengals games.

a lot of newer architecture replaced some of the blite as well. it's not bad. I used to park in Covington for the Reds games, and then walk over the suspension/roebling bridge, of course I lived in N.Ky at the time. I was just in Newport for goetta fest.

I stayed in Covington a few times. Hotel was right by the bridge to walk to Cincinnati. Would walk from the hotel to the Broncos/Bengals game... Another time to a Reds/Mariners game.

Stayed downtown another time not far from the Probasco fountain.

Mine was involuntary servitude via being drafted. I agree the best part is the other service members were great guys and long time friends.

my last FF team had Tebow as a waiver pickup and eventual starting QB.

Because of the rate of player injury in the NFL - the players taken in the next few rounds will determine the winner of this league. Don't take any Denver Bronco players as that team is way overrated.
