however im thinking a fantasy owner may use OBJ for just that in trying to sell Dobbins

I think Huntley would be better for OBJ since he runs less and actually executes the plays that are called.

True, he's just not all that good to begin with is his only problem

There's a world where that logic might make since.
Having a bunch of Dobbins stock already, for me, having OBJ on board doesn't move the needle on his value. Imho, the Ravens RB value/production is entirely based on that threat of Lamar, and anyone outside the numbers is relatively irrelevant. Honestly a strong blocking WR like Noah Brown would mean more to me in terms of Dobbins outlook

Poor guy has really fallen far. Not all that long ago, he was right on the cusp of being considered an above average WR. Now, no one cares where he is, or what he chooses to call himself
