Well thanks to Jerrod Johnson in 2010 my awful pick of D'Eriq King isnt the worst

Marcus Lattimore might technically be the worst thanks to an awful knee injury but I want to say John David Booty gets some mention too.

He was still pretty good before he got hurt from what I gather.

Oh yeah he was really good. Just the bad luck with the injury.

Actually, the worst #1 overall pick injury aside was probably Lache Seastrunk. Not even sure he ended up starting that year.
