No problem with that, but when skinsdad says Jones wont go first round and would pass on him at #19, then this trade happens. Some natural ball busting must be enforced. Just like when gk said CMAC wasn't a first round player and then went top 10.

I may get killed for this, but I also agree that we should pass on drafting a QB, UNLESS there's a prospect there late in the draft
the team actually feels could be a future leader/starter.
There's a chance TH beats out Fitz

I'm with Dean on this. Between this draft and the previous 2, most of the teams that consistenly stay in the top 10 of the draft will now have their QB of the future (at least for 1 or 2 seasons). I would rather draft one of the 2 or 3 TE's or even a W/R if say Devonta Smith some how fell to #19. Then go into next year's draft as one of the few teams wanting to draft a QB in round 1. And draft Sam Howell out of UNC.

You were not here when this began so I will tell you we should keep drafting qbs until one sticks . Howell with a good season could be a high pick which could mean we won’t get the chance too pick him .

This why I am so high on Mac Jones. You can't teach this. You either have it or you don't. Look at how many guys come into the league and hold the ball a half second or second too long. I think Jones is the perfect QB for Shanahan but we will see on draft day.
