They need way more than those 2. I am sure there is room for both, with the wr room bare they both get snaps, once they add better and diverse skillsets those two are too similar and it will have to be one or the other.

I can see where you're coming from regarding the similarity between those two, however I think Cephus could still become a quality WR 4 and has a little more physicality in using his body to block out a DB than does AR-SB (mostly from Cephus' physical stature over AR-SB)

I suppose if the 1-2 have enough speed having the 3-4 for YAC is not a bad idea. I love both, so both stick around is a win for sure.

I agree on the defense, but if we are picking a QB in 2-3 years I would like to have receivers that have spent time in the NFL, not leave the incoming rookie with Hock/ASB/ and a bunch of rookies.

You are most definitely correct in CFB WR needing at least a year to adapt to the NFL. I get it that some incoming CFB WR have produced their very first year but it's sure as hell nothing more than a handful.

I surely won't be disappointed if a WR is drafted at that early 2nd round pick, but it'll depend on who's still available.

Not that the following stated is the be all, end all, but here's are fav site

Lloyd has certainly made the most of his senior season at Utah. In fact, he’s one of the biggest risers on 2022 NFL Draft boards five games into the 2021 college football season. Lloyd was a borderline Day 2 pick going into last offseason, but now, he’s seeing his name in the top 50, and even top 25, of big boards with first-round projections to go along with it.

Lloyd is the second-highest graded (87.9) linebacker in the nation (min. 50 snaps). Rather than being overly dominant as a pass rusher or a coverage player to raise his overall grade, Lloyd’s high grade comes from a well-rounded game, grading highly as a pass rusher (87.3) and in coverage (86.7). Lloyd credits both commitment and maturity in the film room to his improved production.

I had dibs on him before all of this, so everyone else can just deal with it. Lions get him by law!

I wasn't aware of TW lll play throughout the 1st 3 games because I sure as hell didn't see his on field being this dominant. The last two games have been much better though.

Walker is playing very well. Through five weeks, among safeties who have played at least 20 percent of their team's defensive snaps, Walker is grading out as PFF’s No. 2 safety in the NFL, including being the third-best safety against the run and seventh-best safety against the pass.

If it rids of Will Harris then you are damn right I will be for it. Maybe Flowers just needs a new scheme. I would take the shot anyway.
