Niang got called for a flagrant 1 for sticking his ass out for a screen.

I agree with your argument about standard that has been set with the way that play is officiated but I still believe he is making a play on the ball in a “no layups” clean hard basketball foul.

I’ll also add that when they let people hack at 21 all game guys are gonna feel comfortable taking whacks at him like that. Officiate him fairly throughout the game and that play likely doesn’t happen. I have zero fucks to give about 2 and the ball if the franchise is on the ground with a fucked up back.

Yep. Sixers lost this game last night when they needed OT for Magic. Embiid had 29 after 3 and just finished with 34.

Yeah a 2 does you no good. This team needs more pieces. Niang is a nice player but he’s been an 8th man or worse most of his career and not a player that is asked to close. But he’s top 6 on this team cause it has no depth.

It was trash to begin with to be honest. Seth swap for Harden. You got better in your starting line up and lost something going from Drummond to Jordan. Jordan is trash. I was tutoring and missed the 2nd Q. Got back to game at halftime and checked the box on my phone. At that time Embiid was 5-7 from the floor and Jordan was 1-6. I’m like WTF is Jordan getting 6 attempts in a game for let alone a half?!?!?

But anyway…they always had a deficient bench. They do lose something Drummond > Jordan.

for a guard that takes the volume of shots he does--- 48.2% from the field, 43% from 3. 92.6% from the FT line. His shooting, scoring and playmaking has been unbelievable.


Cavs have 2 young star level players in Mobley and Garland. They just need time and for Altman to continue to build around them.

the defensive attention Garland is receiving is huge- esp. considering the injuries- but he has remained incredibly efficient.

I thought he would expand the bench some tonight. Joe is the guy for me. He can play himself into a role. And I have no idea what they’re doing with the back up Embiid minutes. I’ve been screaming here they have better than Jordan in Bassey and BBall Paul. Jordan gives them nothing. Doc is a fucking enigma.
