What makes them formidable in your eyes?

Randle is the closest thing they have to a star in a star driven league. They have a couple young talented guys and a bunch of castoffs.

The roster is not formidable in any way. They have played well because they play hard and they defend as a team.

That is what Thibs brings.

Yes, that is how I was taught to play.
And it worked ! We did not win every game, but, we played every game to win!
