Yeah I just saw highlights… lolOkoro was guarding him but I will say that was probably the best game of his career. He was making some ridiculous shots, just wasn’t enough

Kyrie played amazing
They don’t have anymore games to throw away.Nash just said kd won't play the next 2. Great win only to punt the next 2. Just horrible

We’ll see with the new team…Not at all. Too conservative for my liking
I definitely think so, it’s looking like Dort and Mann can be major contributors on a good team.
I don't remember much about when Steph was drafted. But was one of the so called issues if he could take the physical nature of the NBA coming from a small school?
But even if they get a 4th or 5th any matchup is going to be tough. Take your pick Miami, Boston, Philly, Mil, Chicago. All tough teams that could win the east
I tend to agree. Assuming the Nets are healthy I'd say it's them, Mil, Phi and Mia that have a realistic shot. Still should make for a very interesting playoffs.Boston and Chicago are both tough teams.
Neither is going to win the East.

The main issue was that he only played point guard in college for 1 year.
He was a combo guard whose primary position was the 2.
Scouts questioned if he was big enough to defend 2s (legit question) and a good enough ball handler/distributor to play point.
2nd question has been answered empathically.
But also, the game has changed in large part thanks to Steph, to allow smaller, highly skilled guards to flourish.
My thoughts exactly.
And I actually think the defending champs might be the weakest of that bunch.
Also possible that any of them gets beat in round 1 depending on their matchup.
Steph's changed the game like few other have. I've enjoyed watching his career.
Yep, there really wasn't a true place for him in the game...so he created one and changed the game more than he likely ever dreamed he could.
I watch every game the Thunder play and as I watch them develop some things are becoming evident. On offense yeah, 4th option for Dort on a good team sounds about right. But the guy can be absolutely elite defensively, I wasn’t just talking about offense. He is part of the reason that in spite of being so bad the Thunder are a top 10 team in overall defensive rating. Dort will overall be a pretty key piece for this team, he can guard about anyone.Except…
They aren’t a good team.
There is a big difference between posting numbers on a bad team and being a major contributor on a good one. Lots of guys can be the former.
Dort is definitely a quality role player. He is actually what 6er fans should be hoping to get from Thybulle.
If 4th or 5th option who gets a lot of minutes is what you mean by major contributor, than I agree. Don’t think you want Dort to be more than that.
