First wasted opportunity. Atleast we made Mengden throw a bunch of pitches. Maybe that pays off down the road. But I would have taken another run instead.

At the beginning of the year, I was not impressed with Pineda. But I have to be honest here- in a game or two, he is going to pass KGb and Perez in team ERA. He is probably pitching the best of all of our starters. Maybe Berrios can walk with him, but the rest ...no. That brings up a big question. If you trade for another starter, who gets the boot. I use to just chalk it up that it was Mikey, but not so now. Perez will whine like a bitch if he gets demoted. KGb? Odo?

Jesus. Let me just re-iterate. 3 of the last 4 innings, we have had multiple base runners on with only one out and have scored zip. This is why we lose. This is why fans like me get bent. If you dont think that this is a real issue, you are a fool. This wears a team down mentally. It breeds doubt. It has an effect. I challenge that that very reason is why it is happening as much as it is. Because it already has taken hold. Now soon, the A's will score, a reliever will come in, and because the relievers on this team know they suck, they will blow this game wide open. Our failure to capitalize on these runs will bite us in the ass. Its an old record. I'm sick of it.

Two, they keep running shit pitchers like May out to the mound. Its just ridiculous. That run is totally on May. Walk, WP, pitch in the dirt. It didn't even have to happen. GD loser.
