Sounds like a lot of smoke around Hall and Avs happening sooner than later. hope its Timmins or Byram in the return package

Hughes/Nico in the middle and Ty Smith/Byram on the backend is a great corps to build around.

Also, Subban has been flat out terrible. I knew he was high risk high reward but so far there has been no reward. He's getting abused out there.

Yeah, he's been terrible. They'll end up fliping him and eating contract retained. Smoke on Simmonds being moved as well

This has been a terrible season... won't fault Shero for some moves because I endorsed them... im a bad arm chair gm...

but I blame Hynes for permanently killing our players confidence and ability to win...

Something has to change with this franchise. Ray Shero has to take responsibility for his failure. Might be time for a complete rebuild. Taylor Hall might not even be the same player. Find out if he wants to stay. If not, trade him immediately for a great return. PK Subban has been awful. This teams biggest weakness is defense. And he's not helping. Trade/release/send him to the AHL, whatever. Find a real backup goalie. Try to keep Simmonds. Jack Hughes NEEDS the protection. The Wayne Train is a great team player and his teammates have always talked well about his contributions in the locker room, as well as him being a solid player. At the moment this team is tough to watch. No energy, no sense of urgency and constantly quitting after the second period. They have also been shutout (5) times already which leads the league. Only play half a game or don't even show up at all. The fans going to home games should only have to pay for half a game or nothing to be subjected to this garbage. This team is playing like they just moved from Colorado to New Jersey. They have reached a new level of putrid.

This season is pretty much a wash. Trade Hall, Simmonds, Subban, Greene if you can, Vatanen get players to build around Nico and Jack. Came into this season so excited only to get dumped on by this mess we keep trotting out there every night. Get a real damn coach as well, clean house behind bench.

I don't even know where we go from here. Revamped coaching staff and trading Hall are a must. As stated above, move what you can and get some draft capital.
