it's funny to me when people say things like this. just because they are the same people that want us to recruit to "the pipeline", that shit been gone for awhile now.lol.
I still can't believe Calvin said "their tradition of success with small receivers" He really said that.
Did he accidentally say Oregon State and meant Nebraska and froze?
then this. everyone knows the talent level within the "500 mile radius" for these other 4 schools is way greater than at Nebraska. I'm not even that big on following recruiting but it didn't take long to look up the following on 247:Penn State has 10 - 4 star verbals.
Michigan has 17 - 4 star verbals and a 5 star.
Ohio State has 7 - 5 star verbals and 10 - 4 star verbals.
Nebraska has 3 - 4 star verbals.
We gon get shit on for years.
MARYLAND has 7 - 4 star verbals.
So we're done?
Our commits thus far average around 9 P5 offers apiece. Under Bo, we averaged 4. We missed on 1 legitimate guy that we thought we were going to get yesterday and it's like the world is coming to the end.I just think being realistic is more worthwhile than pretending like recruiting has gotten better.
I'm as optimistic as they come, but I'm done pretending like we're a QB away from this thing working.
We have so many needs and at the end of next season many of those same needs are still going to be needs.
Riley has no choice but to kill it this next year in recruiting. It needs to be one of our best years.
Actually it's probably not 9 right now because that was before Bradley...but that kid would be a high 3 star if it weren't for academics and he'd have quite a few more offers.
Ohio State and Michigan are going to continue to kick our dicks in for years to come.
