Dallas got the best case scenario for a RB at #4 and still probably wouldve been better off with Ramsey or Bosa. Top 5 picks at RB are damn hard to justify.
And yet they did it and hit a HR:noidea:

I honestly don't know wtf you are talking about? You are talking in absolutes, where I merely said he had a point. There is no proving anything. I agreed with you, that every situation is different.

Nobody said you SHOULDN'T take any RB early. I just said most teams won't, unless they think he's the next HOF RB. Exactly what YOU just said, and exactly what the "crow-eater" said.

Jesus dude. You got your guy. He's a stud. Who gives a fuck what anyone else thinks?
Dear Lord. Me??? WTF is wrong with you? I responded to what you wrote and even requoted you because you seemed to have forgotten it. You said he has a point. I explained why he didn't in this case and then you go all drama Queen? And honestly, no I don't give a fuck what you think. Why would you think I do?

True. Im not saying Cowboys fans should be mad by any stretch. They got a stud so it pretty much worked out for them. But it doesnt mean it wasnt a bad process with a good result or that Ramsey wont go on to be a more valuable player. Not the end of the world for Dallas though.

Correct. You never know what changes or how things end up. Maybe Goff ends up in the HOF and gives the Rams the last laugh over everyone...

regrades for all the first round picks, very intriguing, love his Ezekiel Elliot write up

Live 2016 NFL Draft Grades - WalterFootball.com

cowboysb_logo.gif
Dallas Cowboys: Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Ohio State D Grade
One-Year Grade: B Grade

This "B" grade is in no way a reflecton of Ezekiel Elliott's talent level. Elliott has emerged as one of the best running backs in the NFL, performing way better than anyone expected him to. Team sources we spoke to though Elliott would be very good; perhaps on the Fred Taylor level. Elliott proved his detractors wrong by leading the league in rushing as a rookie.

That said, taking a running back at No. 4 overall is still a dangerous strategy. Players at the position are very injury-prone and have a short shelf life, and it could be possible that we've seen Elliott at his best. Plus, running backs grow on trees, and many players at the position would've looked great behind Dallas' dominant offensive line.

Jalen Ramsey wasn't as great during his rookie campaign, but he played very well and will continue to improve. He'll also be in the league much longer than Elliott, barring inexplicable regression.

I liked your post because you linked Walter, who is one of the most thorough and dedicated draft gurus I've seen.

That said, I'm a white guy 20 lbs overweight.. I could average 3 ypc behind the Dallas O-Line. WTF did you think was gonna happen? Nobody was surprised by what Elliott did. Put him behind Seattle's line and watch an injury by week 12 and a 3 YPC average.

c'mon man...

wrong, fact
Really, have you ever gone back and checked on their "Mocks"

They Had Jimmy Clausen as the #1 Overall Pick. I dont care if it was for One Week, THAT says it all about that Site.

I Did a Full Mock for the Bucs in 2010 and had more Correct Picks than these Clowns do...

The site takes the quantity over quality approach to the draft. Their rankings and mocks tend to be terrible(he had Jimmy Claussen as the number one player in the draft one year lol), but overall he does do a lot of work gathering rumors and statistics, so i'd say the site is pretty good for a site started by a 16 year old kid working out of his parents basement.
