Still gonna keep Gase on the bubble? First year coach on a 6 game win streak?

Interesting.

Agreed. There are too many on this list. I don't think any of the coaches listed on the "bubble" are actually in jeopardy.

As far as the prior list, I don't think McCarthy is going anywhere this year. Another down year next year would be needed before he is shown the door. Coaches with rings get more chances to f' up.

Unless the Bills tank down the stretch, Rex is safe.

I agree that Lewis (finally) is gone. So goes for Fox, Bradley and Fisher. The others I would put on the bubble.

Depends on how they close out the season with those division games.

He's not out of the woods, IMO.

He's a first year coach who is 7-4. And considered a young rising star. He's one rung behind Belichick on the safe list.

After Week 5 they looked like contenders for the worst team in the league and I might have agreed with you. This win streak has erased any doubt for the immediate future.

Plus you're horribly inconsistent if you are willing to giving Jackson and Pederson a pass because they are first year coaches, but not Gase.

It could appear that way. My differentiation has to do with the expectations for that team.

Since they are playing better, he's looking safer for the job.

Updates in bold red font.

In order of imminence of firing, these are my candidates:

Chip Kelly - 49ers This is a no brainer. Kelly has completely failed on the pro level.
Gus Bradley - Jaguars Nothing after 3+ years.
Jeff Fisher - Rams Long overdue.
Todd Bowles - Jets Victim of circumstance, he had no QB.
Rex Ryan- Bills Big blow hard meets reality. The game has passed him by.
Marvin Lewis - Bengals See Jeff Fisher comment.
John Fox - Bears No traction or improvement for the organization, they've declined.
Mike McCcoy - Chargers Three years, no progress.
Mike McCarthy - Packers

These coaches are on the bubble, but their teams have given them a temporary reprieve:

Dan Quinn - Falcons He stays if they make the playoffs.
Jim Caldwell - Lions Same as Dan Quinn.
Adam Gase - Dolphins Same as above.
Sean Payton - Saints Depends where they wind up.
Jay Gruden - Redskins bailed him out so far.
Dirk Koetter - Thanks to Jameis Winston's leadership

I think these guys stay in spite of their team's play:

Hue Jackson - Browns First year coach.
Mike Tomlin - Steelers Steelers don't fire anybody for some reason.
Doug Pederson - Eagles First year coach.

That was from November 28.

Updates for 12-12-2016. Changes in blue font.

He's going to the Rams...that's just how stupid that place seems to be run by the current GM

Can't blame the GM for Fisher; Fisher and GM Snead started the same year (Fisher had approval authority for the GM hiring).

I can't imagine McCoy seeing another season in San Diego after the Chargers pissed all over themselves in Cleveland.

colts have to fire atleast coach or gm . shit I could do better than this on play calling . colts let 3 games get away with dumb ass turnovers at end of the first half . the thing I like with all the injuries to the first line O line clark , Kelly and haeg all three took giant leaps in last couple games . running back has a 5 per carry you feed him the ball and run it down other teams throat . I knew we was done when gaethers was put on the ir . so we need D in the draft a great cb and lb . I would get a coach that goes 4 3 instead of the 3 4 shit . we have a young line that is pretty good on d .

Not as bad as our O coordinator but he's irrelevant since Rodgers calls the shots basically. Who would you replace him with.

Honestly. Yours Truly.

Few Designed QB Runs.

Create a new Way to use procise.

Focus on the deep ball and the talent we have there.

Oh and push the ole HC to fire cable's ass
