The love of fantasy football. ...

I can't believe how well I have done... I am sure I will go down the tubes soon, but having one of the most total points and the 2nd seed right now is amazing to me considering I have been without my first and second round pick all season. I thought for sure I would be near the bottom.

Is team Kansas not the luckiest team in the world? They have scored the 10th most points in the league, yet are 8-1 now... They won this weekend 47-46, which these two teams scored the lowest among all of the 16 teams... I have scored almost 160 more points than them and i'm 5-4..

My dad always told me better to be lucky than good. Believe me I've had years in the past that it was the complete opposite of this. I had one season where I had the most points in the entire league through 10 weeks and was 2-8. I had a 5 week stretch where I had the 2nd highest points every single week and just so happened to be playing the team with the highest point total. Just how it goes sometimes that things fall your way.

Also didn't help that my starting QB was on his Bye week and the only other QB I have on my roster is Tony Romo who I drafted before his back injury. I also saw my top RB go on IR the week before and a 1/3rd of my team was on their Bye. So yes the win was very lucky. Team wise I haven't had much luck with injuries but match up wise I have.
