BTW, did anyone see the end of the FSU/Clemson game yesterday? Did anyone notice that the amazing near-comeback was done almost exclusively with good defense, and din't rely on a bunch of hacking fouls? That's the sort of ending I think making free throws declinable, will give us.

This game is totally opposite of UVa. Usually we are slow to start the game and finish strong. Today we started strong and now we are just barely hanging on.

Agreed. It's been a long time since I've seen a game that was called so awfully for both teams. Even the announcers were trashing the refs numerous times throughout the broadcast. I liked the ones we had last week against Louisville. They let most stuff go and was an exciting game throughout.

When & why did they move the ACC tourney up a day?

From what I understand, it was mainly just to get everybody an extra day off before the main tournament started and everybody agreed. I guess it also doesn't hurt to have the finals on a Saturday night in prime time to possibly help recruiting.
