Btw - Great pick with Purifoy. I may have him overrated - but he is my #3 CB in the draft. He is the fastest corner in the draft; He is 6'1; He knows how the play WR which will only help him as a CB; and He will get better every year.

Thanks! I have gone back and forth on this guy. One game he plays he looks like a top 10 pick. The next he might look like a 3rd rounder. He looks like a guy with all the talent in the world just needs some coaching to maximize those talents.

To me he had some major things playing in his favor especially for playing with the Broncos. The Broncos are looking for corners with size, speed, and aggression. Well to me he has ideal size, probably some of the top speed in the draft, and his heads above the other corners in this draft in aggressive play. He spent the last two years at Florida playing press man which is exactly what the Broncos want. I guess to me he reminds me of what the Broncos have right now in DRC but this kid is a lot more aggressive than DRC in helping with the run game. I figure if they can coach up DRC to become a top 10 corner once again then they should be able to do the same with Purifoy. I just think if his talent catches up with his God given talent then this guy could become the best corner of this draft.

Great analysis. I woulda taken him over Roberson or Roby anyday. I was a bit pissed b/c that was the pick I was waiting for as well.

He has the highest upside of any CB in the draft but he definitely needs to get coached up. I think he could be a target on the Rams

I think he could be a target of the Vikings in round 2 as well... We need another CB with Chris Cook finally gone, he would look pretty good on the other side of Rhodes...
