I really wanted to pick a guy who didn't go to in the Upper Midwest for once, but I wasn't gonna let the consensus #1 strong safety in the draft, whose many have going in the 1st round, get bypassed in the 3rd when safety is our #1 need. I'm not sure who let him slide to me.

It was between Ward and Gaines for me for the 8th pick in round 3. Thats a great pick, not likely he will last until the middle of round 3.

I had planned on grabbing Ward...

But Craig Loston isn't far behind Ward in talent & has better size for the position. I am not upset that Ward was grabbed two spots before my pick

That will make the 4th LSU Tiger drafted on defense by the Cardinals in the past few seasons. We could see 3 Tigers starting in the secondary once the honey badger is healthy.

Nos, can we get a running list of all the picks made every ten or so picks over on the selection page? I've been combing back and fourth through this one trying to find the complete list from each round so far, but I can only find a partial 1st round chart.

Basically just the same lists you've been doing, all put together on the selection page would be awesome.

I know who I want to pick, I just think he has to have been taken already and I'm just missing where someone picked him. He tops my big board right now by 23 full spots over the next best guy...

I'm suprised Cooks dropped that far. I don't know if they just forgot about him or the undersized issue, but it is a great pickup especially this late.
