I meant total yards for just Oregon in that game. It looks like the people that have picked so far have done total yards for both teams. I know FNG did it for both teams.

When I look up the stat lines and see "total yards", that is what I am going off of.

What's funny is that we had to specify that it was total yards accumulated by 'both' teams, yet if one looks at the answers Oregon could put those numbers up all by themselves. They likely won't because it's MSU who's had a solid defense, but they could if all were to cave in.

Yeah, FNG was the first to put his picks in and he guess 600+. Because my intention was to have just Oregon's total yards I thought he was just being a dumbass as usual and thought Oregon would go off on Michigan St's D. Then the next guy guessed 800+ and I knew I worded the thing wrong. Oregon is certainly capable of putting up 600-800+ yards on any given Saturday but I it is hard to fathom that will happen against Michigan St's D.

Oregon may win but I just have a hard time envisioning a Michigan St D allowing a pummeling.

If Michigan St can wether the early storm then they have a chance. Oregon has proven that if you frustrate them then they will beat themselves. They are not great at turning that switch on and off. Once it is on then it needs to stay on for them.
