2014 Amateur Draft Order -- and compensatory picks explanation

Found this today ... kinda BOS-NYY centric but lays out the draft order ... especially the compensatory picks. Went to look to see what the impact might be for BOS signing AJ ... but only name that pops up is Nelson Cruz compensation (assuming TEX does not resign him). If TEX resigns Cruz ... does TEX get one for AJ being signed by BOS? Dunno.

AJP would have to have been extended a qualifying offer for us to get draft pick compensation, which he definitely wasn't, just a regular free agent
