I hate making the Bengals pick for him, because that's his team, and he's been a good trooper in this thread. On the other hand, if you go look at his last post, you can seek why I'm skeptical he'll make it in today. Go ahead and throw some ideas out there (I have to step out for awhile), and when I get back we'll make the call, maybe with the caveat that if he comes in late, we'll change the pick.

Do you think we should PM the other people that pick in this round so they can PM their pick? Instead of waiting on each of them individually maybe they could all PM you a couple of suggestions.

I was planning on pm'ing anyone who is participating to say that the last 2 rounds need to be sped up a little. As of now, there are 100 picks left and around 4 days to do them.
