We will not lose Westerkamp..........I promise this.

He said he wants to come to Nebraska for reasons other than program prestige or anything like that.........he said he has bought into the idea that we want to put together a championship team at Nebraska.

He talks with Tommy Armstrong every day.......they have a close relationship already.

He is the next Rex Burkhead type player...........only difference is he's a WR.

CJ didn't get the ACT score he needed last round, and will try again..

"I checked with Charles Jackson's stepfather Richard Parker earlier today on something else, but he told me that Charles took the ACT yesterday and had taken the SAT the previous weekend.

He'll get scores back for both those tests towards the end of the month.

Parker had told me last week that John Papuchis might stop by this week to see Charles. JP didn't stop by, but called and talked to Charles this week on the phone."
