Cross and Whitaker for the most part......

I know Cross wasn't necessarily under the radar, but he was in terms of which schools offered him.

It's funny though, because nowdays nobody wants a bruiser at RB.........everyone wants a skinny little fucker who is lightning fast. Cross is old school.......and he will be in the NFL one day, bookmarkthat

I would also throw Leroy Alexander in there as well...........the guy runs a 4.4 40 and has great hands and agilities..............ye can't tell me that none of the big schools can use a guy like that.

However, he was offered by Nebraska and Toledo.

seems like players out of highschool's 40 times are always exaggerated. 4.3 = 4.4, 4.4=4.5 etc.

It's also ridiculous that most of the big programs stayed away from Tommy Armstrong when I look back.

It was Nebraska, Oregon, and UCLA that made the biggest offers.

Cross is gonna make all our young RB's scared. He's gonna be a full grown man coming in and lets face it green and abdullah are widdle guys. Heard aint exactly a beast either.

I just haven't really looked much into Cross beings that he was sorta unheard of until late.........but watching his videos...........I am seriously getting all sorts of crazy ideas in me head now.

THIS is the type of guy that fits Nebraska's style of football. Sorry to say it, but the little speedster type guys are only good for an end-around here or there. We need a guy who can run downhill, but still has speed and quickness........this guy has it. Like I said, I see Ahman Green all over again when I watch this guy.
