We aint gonna be that bad this season.....

That 2007 Defense had some major major issues.

Our Defense last night got torched by a top notch QB and what will be the most complicated Offense we are gonna see this year. UCLA is going to be better as they have ore weapons and are just plain way more athletic......but they aint gonna be any more complicated than that Offense we saw last night.

NU has no line offense or defense.

2 more minutes on that clock last night and NU loses that game. Wyoming was equal to Nebraska in the trenches. That's why the game was close.

Sir, we aint anywhere near that 2007 Defense.......I guarantee it.

We will probably lose to UCLA.....but that is plain simply because they are better than us. Wyoming is gonna have a good year. They should have never been in that game, but they are well coached and have the pieces in place.

We gave up huge numbers like this to Southern Piss last season, who then proceeded to go winless the rest of the season. For fuck sakes even the commentators last night were pointing out the childlike flaws in our defense, Eric Crotch of all people.
The writing is on the wall again, time will tell, but what happens after UCLA comes to town and drops another 60pts on us?

I doubted this when I thought we might run the conference. Our d is just too young. Then I saw our offense still can't line up and realized I was dreaming.

Nebraska's defense keeps getting progressively worse year to year. They don't play well up front.

Coaches have Bo's defense pegged and I wouldn't be surprised to see things snowball like Coz's did in 2007.

NU's O-line isn't dominant either. So If you're hoping for shoot-outs to win games, they're not likely in the B-one-G where the D's will be stout.

A more athletic team would have intercepted Martinez 3 times in the first half alone last night. Blow-out city.
