Thank you. I only did 4.5years and luckily got out right before the Iraq war (2002). I want to raise a glass to my uncle/godfather who I named my son after who died serving this awesome country. He was one of the few who died in Grenada. This day is not a HAPPY Memorial Day but just that a Memorial of those whose lives were taken surviving the United States of America. We may be happy in remembering their memories but the day itself is not happy. Thank you to everyone who has served and a special thanks to those in heaven for their ultimate sacrifice.
