There was some kid named Shaquille something who was pretty strong going to the rim too

In his prime he was a bulldozer on the court. Nobody that big should be able to move like that. It's unfair.

One of the 5 most uniquely spectacular players ever.

Probably never see another player w/ his size & skill. He was an athletic freak in his prime.

Strongest player you've ever seen going to the hoop? You old enough to remember Karl Malone in his prime? And if you really wanna see a player get fouled w/o getting a call every game watch Nikola Jokic.

If we are just sticking to modern guys, I would nominate a few more:

LeBron
Harden
D Wade
Giannis

All really strong going to the hoop.

True, but I think that Wilt was even more of a freak. He was even stronger than Shaq (a lot stronger if you give credence to the stories of how much he could lift and how easily he lifted opposing players on the court). Arnold Schwarzenegger said that Wilt was the strongest person he ever met, that Wilt could lift him up with one hand, and that Wilt could bench press over 500 lbs. At the same time, Wilt might also be the greatest leaper in basketball history. He was a champion high jumper and had a 48-inch vertical leap.
