Tobias Enstrom, all he's done so far this year is lead all defenseman in scoring. The Penguins certainly know who to hit, that's for sure.

Visnovsky's value just keeps going up with all these injuries. I hope Tobias is okay.

It looked clean to me as well. Injuries happen, it's part of the game. It's been a very rough year for defenseman so far. So many teams are losing them left & right. Phoenix lost Derek Morris last night due to an upper body injury.

I wonder if it's that players can't adjust their 'technique' well enough to the stronger emphasis on boarding (head) penalties ?

It's not easy to hit a moving target where they should all the time. Granted the play Cooke made on Karlsson was completely different.
