(especially after a hard foul)... refs get involved all the time, trying to break players up... contact is made with refs and by players as guys interact will each other, jaw at each other, and try to get at and around each other.

The Dejounte thing is a totally different situation... apples to oranges.

I agree. Big difference between accidental contact through scuffles etc and directly confronting a ref.
