All four of the teams remaining are outstanding. There are different ways to break this one down, but in a seven game series, there's just no way I could see team 1 losing 4 times. Would score too many runs and their pitching staff would be tough on team 7. 4 games to 2

Team 1 wins

Team 1.

I just noticed that team 7 used "ERA" in his stats.... This is something you shouldn't do when comparing careers - especially careers from different years.

Ryan's career ERA was 3.19 and Schillings was 3.46. An outsider would thing Ryan was better, but as we know, and ERA of 3.00 from the 80's was not nearly as good as an ERA of 3.00 from the 90s.

Adjusted for league averages and ballparks, Ryans career ERA+ is 112 (slighlty above average) and Schilling's is 127 (a bit more above average).

Schilling had ten seasons with an ERA+ over 130 (out of his 16 starting seasons - 62%). Ryan only had four (out of his 26 seasons - 15%) ....

Abstaining on this one Nos?

Being it's already been decided I didn't feel the need to vote.

I listed these teams #2 and #3 in the rankings.

I feel because of the trades team 1 would win this but if either team won it all I wouldn't be surprised.
