They should have lost to Okie Jr and Kansas. Ehlinger pulled two miracle drives late to get wins and save those 2 games.
This is still about the defense.

Even today, struggling, Ehlinger engineered a good 4th quarter drive to close within 3 points.
He completed 3 times on 3rd an long, and ran for 2 first downs on that drive.

But, The defense (as usual) allowed the TCU offense to score at will with a true freshmen QB.

This was all about DEFENSIVE PERSONNEL and DEFENSIVE COACHING

The offense was uneven today, but just once we need the defense to help out.

The defense is usually (F-) every single game. Today it was an (F+).

We need more than that because the offense cannot be perfect every single week.
