I hate refs. Once they reviewed that you have ttomake the correct call. But it should have never been reviewed.

The contact has to be "above the shoulder" and it was more like upper back, and slightly below the shoulders by millimeters

I thought that it doesn't matter where you land. I think I've seen targeting called without a blow to the head or neck.

It has to be "contact above the shoulders" as the rule is written.
If something is really egregious, and clearly intentional, they often allow it to be enforced slightly lower in the upper back.

But, they are not going to penalize tackles lower on the body.
Otherwise, a flying tackle into a person's legs would be targeting as well.

Also, there was no flag thrown on the field.
The replay booth would had to have over-ruled the call on the field as well.

I'm a TCU fan. Michigan played a heck of a game. Y'all were never out of the game until the end, no matter how many times it seemed like TCU was going to put it away.
Personally hoping Ohio State beats Georgia since I think TCU would have a better shot against them.

That's what they thought about Michigan and TCU. Georgia probably should make this a wakeup call. But if you feel strongly that TCU will only score 7 points, I will take that bet.
