What's sad is Roloson has been playing well. The defense is without 4 of their top 8 defensemen. The offense is PATHETIC. Especially 5 on 5. I don't see things getting any better this season.

Don Maloney & a Coyotes scout were at the game tonight. If they want Moulson he scored a goal & had an assist so he didn't disappoint.

They are in rebuild mode. If they get a top 3 (their own pick) and trade someone for a 1st rounder later in the draft they are laughing.

This will be a deep draft. Stars (multiple) will be drafted in the 2nd round, so if the Isles can get another first and maybe even another second, then open the purse strings in about 2-3 years, they should be able to compete for the cup for then following 12-15 years.

I've read this is a weak draft compared to the past two years & next years draft is considered much better. The top 3 are considered very good after that it's anyone's guess.

I figure Wisniewski & Moulson will be traded since they will be UFA's at the end of the year. I don't know what else Snow is willing to part with at this point. It's not like they have a bunch of players other teams want. Konopka is solid on faceoffs & will fight anybody. Neilson would be a very good player on a contender & he's got a very good contract. Martinek will be a UFA as well after the season but he's usually injured by now. So far so good on that.

Kings should have never let go of Matt Moulson. He's got great hands, and plays a good defensive game. I'd rather have him than Simmer.

It's so bad right now that Howie Rose jokingly asked if it was Spring Training yet. He does Mets games as well. They hadn't gone to commericial like they were supposed too so everyone heard it.

I'm sure he's going to hear from Wang about it. I applaud him for it. It's got to be hard to watch this team play every night from the broadcast booth.

He & Wang are still good friends. Milbury is HATED beyond words by Islanders fans. Including me. When Bill Torrey left they gave the GM job to Don Maloney. I was very surprised at the time. Darcy Regier was so PISSED OFF he left the organization.

I know Sabres fans probably aren't very happy with Regier these days but he'd done a very good job in Buffalo. Many thought he was going to be named the Isles GM when Torrey left. Instead the Isles chose Maloney & Milbury followed.
