Was one of the darkest days ever for Broncos fans. I just remember being depressed all week that year. RIP Darrent. You'll never be forgotten in Denver!

I will never forget that game vs the 9ers and then what happened to Darrent Williams ..
My fiancé at the time and I had watched the game ( she was a big Bronco fan too ) and I remember going to bed that night - I woke up a few hours into my sleep and she was awake, and the ceiling in our room looked as if it were lighted up with very subtle light .. I remember saying something like "The ceiling looks bright" even though there were no lights coming in from the outside ... She noticed it too ..
Just weird
When we woke up, the news was all over the 'net
