So I just drafted in my 10-team, standard scoring, 3-keeper league tonight. The first 3 rounds were for keepers. Here are my results:

QB-Matt Stafford--I had him last year and put him back in the pool on the off chance he fell back to me. Grabbed him in the 5th round(with my 2nd pick)
RB-Foster--keeper from last year
RB-McCoy--keeper from last year
WR-Calvin Johnson--keeper from last year
WR-Desean Jackson--I have a feeling about the Eagles offense this year(fingers crossed)
WR-T.Y. Hilton--great value for a up and coming player
TE-Gronkowski--He fell far and with news that he may be back week 3 or earlier, I had to snatch him up.
Flex-Eddie Lacy--I think he becomes a huge TD machine for GB....or atleast chew up yards when needed.
K-Harvard Rugland aka Kickalicious--He may not make the Lions squad, but all the kickrs I wnated were gone so I can always replace him if Akers makes it over him
Def-Cincy--Ehh, we'll see
Bench-Mendenhall, Ingram, Knile Davis, Jermichael Finley, Kenbrell Thompkins, Justin Blackmon, Cordarelle Patterson

Overall I'm very pleased with my team. I love my RB depth and the only question marks are whether Gronk can return to his former self and whether my young WRs can produce like I hope they do.

I like that you took some chances on boom-bust players. if you hit on enough of those, you should be really competitive. Hilton could easily put up WR1 numbers if he can find some consistency. As always, look for a WR gem off waivers, surely to be a few popping up this year with all the WR injuries.

I'm a big fan of your bench, but I'd go look for a backup QB and drop Blackmon (out for 4 games). Is Cutler still around? I've noticed him being UD in some leagues, so I think he'd be a great 2nd stringer, especially under Trestman. There's a chance he may get snagged up after week 1 or 2.

Well my thinking with Blackmon is he finished the year huge and my Wrs will be just fine until he's available. When he does come back, I can't see Jax ever leading many games so they'll have to pass pass and pass some more.

As for Cuntler, I'm a Lions fan, and although the majority of the time I don't use my heart on my fantasy teams, I have such a low opinion of him that I don't want him anywhere near my squad. He can keep his frowning ass on someone else's bench. ;) Appreciate you thoughts though.

LOL, understandable on JC. I feel the same about Roethlisberger, and he's even relation. I don't want someone like that on my team, because I don't ever want to think that I gained financially because of something they did.

That's a good point about Blackmon, he finished well. However that was under Henne I believe. Isn't Gabbert the starter now again? Of course who knows how long that will last. On a potential level, Blackmon has a ton of upside, you're right there. I still wouldn't wait too long for a bye week QB. I usually find the majority of QBs worh a damn are gone after the first few weeks assuming you don't have another Kaep come out of nowhere.

Foster, McCoy and Megatron is a sick batch of keepers, even in a 10-team league.

I traded DMC for McCoy. The owner that had McCoy was in the playoff hunt and I convinced him that DMC would be a better bet down the stretch. hehehe
