I'll say it again. Schuab is a good NFL QB. But he is not a leader. He is not in the same class as your Rogers, Farve, Manning, Brees. The guys that can lead a team in the postseason. He is going to hold us back now that we have assembled a solid team. Great RBs, TEs, Our defense is great. But, we are lacking the leader at QB.

Personally, If Cutler wants out of Chicago. I say Texans go for it. He is a douche, but a gunslinger, with our support cast I think he could do some work.
