Yes it was. That’s the fewest 1st place votes since Nash…another result that gets questioned. You said the MVP race was close. No it wasn't.
Yes it was. That’s the fewest 1st place votes in years.
Yep. They’ve made a mockery of this stuff. I think the All NBA team is announced tonight. According to the MVP vote, Embiid was the 2nd best player in the league but he’ll be 2nd team All NBA.Do people really care that much about these awards? Everyone knows that the voters are people just getting hooked into a narrative or people voting with an agenda. The opinions of these voters are really no more informed than the common fan.

Is that what’s happening here? I mean I only told you about 5 weeks ago that I’m trolling you and you still take the bait like a fat kid with cake in front of him.I just like fucking with a certain unnamed 76ers fan about Embiid not winning the award.

So we can rule out high-functioningAnd this comment is why you can't let things go. Just finish up whatever it is you have to say to sooth your ego. This isn't about trolling for you. As you end up doing the same thing each time. After having an issue with something I've said you predictably have nothing left but the petty insults.
LOL. He really shouldn't care so much about it. It's a media narrative driven thing. It's the same reason why Curry doesn't have a Finals MVP. The media hasn't wanted him to win one. Maybe Curry will have a chance this year if the Warriors finish off the Mavs and go on to win the Finals, but I wouldn't be surprised if the narrative becomes "Wiggins is more important" or "Poole is the real MVP."
He didn't grab his knee. His hand is clearly above the knee. Anyone can watch the play for themselves:
Did Steph put up better numbers in the Finals than KD? I really don't remember. As far as Wiggins or Poole being more important. I hope nobody is foolish enough to suggest something like that.

You also blamed the refs earlier this season when your team had a poor shooting first half. I have never accused of something you didn't say. Sometimes you go the homer route. It's happened before and it'll happen again.
Steph was definitely more important than Iguodala in 2015. Can't really criticize KD getting the Finals MVP in 2017 and 2018. KD put up great numbers, especially in 2017, and he hit that dagger 3 in LeBron's face in Game 3. However, if Steph would've been voted as the 2018 Finals MVP, it wouldn't have been crazy.
I think that Steph purposefully deferred to KD while he was here to make him feel more comfortable and to make him feel like this was his team as much as it was Curry's team, but as we know, Draymond ruined all of that in 2019. LOL.
Obviously, I hope that Wiggins and Poole continue to have excellent games, and if they do, people should think about how much of those performances are influenced by having Curry as a teammate. Curry has always been the engine of this team. He won't always have the pretty numbers, but he's unquestionably the leader and he makes his teammates better.
Couple of things here:
What does having blamed the refs earlier in the season have to do with whether or not he blamed them last night?
Saying the refs did a lousy job while acknowledging that the refs didn't matter because the Heat no showed, is not blaming the refs.
