This is maybe the third time this playoffs I’ve been surprised to find out Nik Stauskas is still in the league.

Decent odds I forget again.

Boston hitting 19 threes shouldn't happen on Saturday but miami main focus should be to make adjustments on defense and get bam more involved on offense. Attempting 10 shots through 2 games is unacceptable. Should be around 10-12 attempts per game
Bam just hasn’t been able to score when he gets the ball down low.

Just like last year, he started off the season hitting the mid range jump shot occassionaly then by the time the playoffs are here, it is no longer a part of his game

Don't worry. Ill help yall win Saturday.

Had a plan to go the ole martingale betting strategy on the Celtics this series(since they wouldnt get swept) and just keep doubling my bets each game til the won. Well, forgot to fucking bet today.

So when I get back at it on Saturday for a few hundred, guarantee the Heat win.

Can’t even count on Bam for rebounds right now. My man needs to do better than this.

19.1 pts, 10.1 rbs, 3.4 apg, 1.4 steals, 0.8 blocks, 55.7% shooting during the regular season

13.6 pts, 7.5 rbs, 2.5 apg, 0.9 steals, 0.8 blocks, 60.0% shooting during the playoffs

big time guys on max deals should step up in the playoffs.

On day 1 of this season I said that Bam Abedayo had to grow a pair and be more aggressive. He still has not.

Miami has had such a fortunate path too. They earned playing the Hawks- but the Hawks sucked. Then played Philly with home court with Embiid beat to shit with a bad thumb and a fractured face missing multiple games.

Now they got more rest, and a Game 1 against the Celtics without the DPOY of the Year and Horford sitting on the bench.

Sorry, Heat fans....but Kyle Lowry won't cure your ills.

Just sayin'
totally. Against Boston you need length and athleticism to counter guys like Tatum, Brown, Smart.

Herro and Bam need to be the guys to step up if you ask me. And it would help Miami if their 90 million dollar 3 pt specialist was more than a paper weight.

Herro went from 6th man of the year- 20 pt scorer- to a guy shooting less than 25% from 3 in th playoffs scoring less than 15 a game.

He needs 30 minutes a night and to shoot at least 36% from 3.

Long way to go. It is called a best of 7 for a reason. A series isn't decided after 2 games

Nah only boston injuries matters. Lowry is irrelevant to Miami to these guys
Maybe Lowry helps a little bit as he could have Smart cover him- but the strength of Boston is their PG, SG and SF are all rangy, athletic and can switch. Smart is by far the shortest at 6'4". A 6' 0" Lowry is going to have real trouble with that - esp. on defense. But maybe he could take Smart's focus for a little while.

I think the rangy athletic Heat like Bam and Herro need to step up more to counteract Boston's size and athletiicsm.

but then again- I watched a much younger and spry Lowry struggle mightily against length in the playoffs where defense is more intense and there is a lot more half court and set defenses, many many times.
