Bogut was never set. He was moving with Harden. You're supposed to be set when you set a screen.

The illegal screens the league continue to allow Bogut and Green to get away with is pretty ridiculous

I don't feel bad for Rockets because they're down 27. I just feel bad for teams in general. I've seen illegal Warriors screens actually win the Warriors a game.

I could see a situation later in the playoffs where Curry or Klay hits a game winning 3 on a clear moving screen by Bogut/Green
