i think they should make a rule where the offensive player cant lower their head......i am sick of these helmet to helmet hits being called when the defense his going for a solid tackle and the offensive player curls up and lowers his head

we need some rules to help the defense after all these rules for the offense recently

Will never happen with the offense happy league that Goodell wants. If they just didnt call it a penalty on the defense when offensive players lowers helmet late like it would be better than how it is now

but they cant get rid of the h2h rule with the concussion stuff.....have to make a new rule or keep penalizing the defense unfairly

True. I just doubt the NFL would have way to penalize offense more.
