I am sick to death of Tom Brady and his suspension saga. Let's talk some actual football.
Why Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck has been lucky to not throw more interceptions
Let me start off by saying that the writer of this article was a long time poster over KFFL. He stopped posting when...
TD:INT ratios of the modern-day great QB's in the first 3 years of their career
1. Dan Marino - 2.23:1 (98TDs:44INTs)
2. Andrew Luck - 2:1 (86:43)
3. Peyton Manning - 1.77:1 (85:58)
4. Joe Montana - 1.67:1 (35:21)
5. Tom Brady - 1.47:1 (46:26)
6. Jim Kelly - 1.24:1 (56:45)
7. Brett Favre - 1:1...
In their short careers Russell Wilson > Andrew Luck. Really not all that close either.
Not for fantasy football geeks, but as far as leading a franchise to wins and championships, it is really not that close.
I think it is pretty amusing how someone would claim Andrew Luck is "5 times better"...
I guess all of us big-time Hoosier fans are happy to see the Colts get the top draft pick, even though last season was the price to be paid. Let's track his progress here.
I keep waiting for all the people who thought Cam Newton was the greatest QB prospect in history to mention Luck. Luck basically matched all of Newton's combine numbers from last year. Yet nobody mentions Luck along those lines.
Knowing what you know of Cam now (his upside and God given physical talent passing and throwing); and the hype (deservedly so) surrounding Andrew Luck and what he can do for any franchise. If Both were in the same draft class, as a GM which of the two would be your # 1 pick?
