Hefty price for a great player.
Will he last the 4 years? No one knows.
Going to be interesting to see what happens to the Chiefs next year with rumors about the cap dropping substantially.
If college FB does completely cancel, I do think the NFL broadcasts games on Saturday, maybe even Friday, and that revenue will more than what they lose at the gates.
Hell, I'd bet the cap jumps off of the chart for 2021 if the play on Saturday, then the 2022 cap could get very interesting.
Good point. I was just going by what the pundints have been saying. If college FB does completely cancel, I do think the NFL broadcasts games on Saturday, maybe even Friday, and that revenue will more than what they lose at the gates.

I'm not a lawyer, but since the law protects TV time for College and High School football, as long as there are no college games on why would they need permission. They wouldn't be violating any college air time, if there are no college games. Most likely the NFL is waiting on final words from the ACC, Big 12 and SEC.
