I'm guessing it's essentially going to be a boxing match. No rules have been set yet, but I'd assume it'll be five 5-minute rounds, limited to stand up striking only. I think takedowns and leg kicks would be out of the question. Only thing that could have an advantage here is if elbow throws would be allowed.

I’m guessing this was a paid appearance for the press conference. They paid Floyd to get their young kicking boxing phenom some publicity. Floyd gets a check. Everybody is happy. Floyd doesn’t fly across the country without a contract and every detail figured out if he’s actually fighting
