HIghly talented. Wish we would have been able to draft him when he first came out.

But he is 30 now, wont be cheap. So unless we are setup to be serious Division and Super Bowl contenders over the next season or two, Im not sure if its a solid move.

i wouldnt get into a bidding war with the bucs over a 31 yr old de . sorry just doesnt make sense

I agree, I wanted him during the draft and now it might be to much and to late for us.

CC is a great player but has shown signs of slowing down. While his production increased in 16, some of that can be attributed to the arrival of Chandler Jones & the improvement of Markus Golden. I am sure if he is willing to take a little less money the Cards would resign him in a heartbeat. They already paid him a big time contract to reward him after his rookie contract expired & didn't make him play on the franchise tag. So I think he will be back in a Cards uniform.

But overpaying for a soon to be 31 year old 3-4 DE/DT is not a good idea.

Campbell won't have the same defensive cast in Az here.
