Buy some free range chicken, pull out your pressure canner and can a dozen pints or so. Perfect for two sandwiches at a time

Used to love those until I figured out how much fat are in those bad boys. Now I only make them at home with greek yogurt instead of mayo. If you spice it right then its still just as good.

A mixture of avocado and olive oil whipped into the chicken will get ya the same consistency. Still high fat, but good fat.

Only thing I hate about doing that is that its fridge life lasts like an avocado. Gotta eat it if you're going to make it.

The Costco one is super tasty on Ritz crackers. Add halved grapes & walnuts for a Waldorf twist.
