I think the "other 2" schools were denied

I've heard from a reliable person that OU/OSU already have a preliminary B1G deal in place, but it kinda depends on what texas does.

Hmm...that's something to think about. My guess was that the "other 2" were actually UT and TTU. Figured the author had just assumed the other 2 were maybe KU/KSU.
