Fear trailer was better.

This was solid based off what they could show. But they made their own bed.

Caught up on the rest of the season.

So how was Alexandria standing with Neagan existing? Seems exceptionally far fetched.

Have they ruled out killing Rosita or the gay guy?

This is all only a couple years into the ZA and communities are just now beginning to get strong. I don't think it is too far fetched that ASZ was not found.

I think it's pretty far fetched but it's not a huge dealbreaker for me. The end of last season was mostly about Rick and Company being awesome survivors but then they all just run out into the wilderness like idiots and get ambushed a couple of times like idiots before neagan shows up. Walking Dead was hitting a point where it didn't need to exist until basically the second half of the last episode so I'm cool with the new story arc.

The show has always taken advantage of selective stupidity, but that has been there almost since episode 1. If you still need it to be defended, I don't know what to tell you.

As far as them being bad-ass and the kings of the playground until they met up with Negan, well, we don't know Negans back story (even comic readers still know very little about his back story and his rise to power). I think it safe to assume he didn't just wake up a week ago and have this massive army at his disposal. I am sure he went through very similar experiences and was hardened by them, just as Rick and the Ricketts were.

Fear not, Rosita is under my protection. Negan will not peel my little avocado. ;)

Well, I have high hopes that the show will get better and better. Instead every season has a couple wtf moments in what is an otherwise fun show

Getting closer...love or hate the way they did it, looks to me like Gimple and Co. are going to succeed admirably in their strategy. This episode could seriously break records in the ratings game.

I'll be on the lookout for articles about people planning parties and events around it. If that happens, we're talkin' Super Bowl territory here.

Downside: Gimple will then become more insufferable than ever. :L

You really think it will be that big? I will watch it, of course, but I have this show already post-shark.

IMHO, the shark-moment was Rick stuck in the RV with the herd surrounding the RV. They just ignored ever mentioning that moment again, and I think that was were they lost my trust.

Why do you think it will be so big? Most hardcore fans I see are sill pissef and pretty checked out.

And of course we know who the victim(s) are. I still say it failed miserably.
