We might see 2 teams in the playoffs that really seem to hate us : The Indians and the Blue Jays.

Right now I think it's just the Indians fan base that is pissed at mostly Lucroy, but not happy with the Rangers to be sure. The Blue Jays hate us because they are little bitches.

I like that they let Bush pitch 2 innings the other night since he was obviously pitching well and no reason to burn another arm
I said the same thing yesterday about Barnette. Only threw 7 pitches in 7th inning and then was replaced in 8th by Kela. Figured Barnette easily had another inning in him. Wish Banister would have given it to him.

And then Romeo told me to shut up. I don't think he cares for me much.

Many have to live in the Cleveland area. They should have a bad disposition.

My brother lived there for a few years and I visited often and I must say I really really like that city and wouldn't have any issue living there if I had to.

Probably Profar, I just hope they at least let him continue playing in AAA, Moreland is just too good at 1B defensively
I think that may be the best thing to do.

Barnette did a nice job, but ahead by 1-2 runs you want your best arms in the game late.

Could not help messing with that city. I can remember Browns fans throwing snowballs with solid objects inside them when Elway had his 98 yard drive against them. And I actually do not have an issue with the Indians. Yet.

You do it to yourself bc you're a negative nancy and chicken little thats quick criticize the moment anything turns the slightest bit sour, lose 2 of 3 to someone like the twins and come out and start predicting a full blown collapse and you're rarely correct

I'm not speaking of any specific incidence, its just a general pattern of behavior

Completely agree. Just saying Barnette has a 22 inning streak without giving up an earned run (last earned run was June 12) and figured save the bullpen arm if possible. But it worked out. We won the game. All good.

then pass, I'm over giving 30+ OFers 5 year deals (or longer)

No disagreement there. But we know contracts in baseball can get silly and I just have a feeling he'll get that term of a contract unless he really truly loves it here and the organization and is willing to compromise which I don't think any of us anticipate.

We don't need 3 catchers.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding. I said a little while ago we wouldn't go with 3 catchers at the ML level after today's "happenings."

But, why do we have to DFA Holaday? Understand completely about Wilson, and I thank him for what he did for us, which was plenty incidentally.

Holaday, Chirinos, Wilson, Lucroy... We're not carrying 3 catchers.

bc even though he's on the 15 day DL, he takes up a 40 man spot still, we had to clear space for 3 players I think, I don't know what the exact 40 man situation was before the trades
