Jamey Newberg had a very good report this morning. He thinks it is time to option DeShields to AAA. He threw this out as something to consider a few weeks back and then DeShields had a couple of really good games and Jamey's idea was joked about.

By the way, this is the date when Odor was sent down last year. What a difference that trip to the minors made.

He's pretty useless against RHPs to much more than a LOOGY in most cases, I trust him a bit more than that, but not for multiple innings either
