Either way, he's going to be shelved for all if 2016 so people might not want to waste a1-3 Rd. Pick on a player that won't make an immediate impact.

He's a gamble, you either get an outstanding LB with great NFL speed/quickness, or you get a guy who's never going to be the same. Some team out there, is going to take that risk. I mean, Manziel went in the 1st round.
